Our Pechanga Premium Angus Beef is 100% hormone-free, and grazed on open range for thirteen months. Our herd then spends 240 to 300 days eating a distinct blend of nutrient-rich cattle feed. The feed is specifically designed to produce exceptional marbling and flavor. The Pechanga Beef program ends with a twenty-eight day wet aging process that ensures a superior product with enhanced richness, wonderful texture and succulent tenderness.
