The imagined idea behind the restaurant design is that we bought a small beachside cottage built in the 30's or 40's. We had a little money left over and so we put in a killer stainless kitchen and filled the rest of it with comfy though modern furnishings and accents.
We think there should be a conscious connection between the one who eats the food and the source of that sustenance. These days people eat on the run; if we can’t slow you down, at least we can tell you about what you are eating.
