The Ship of Fools provides food service to the Captain Whidbey Inn. Our mission is to draw from the fertile hills and waters of our region to create a palate of food that is evocative of the history of the island and the inn while also also playful and contemporary in nature. We draw from the local farms and markets and we produce our meals from scratch to offer you old fashioned freshness in an updated package. Served from our more formal waterfront dining room, our rustic tavern or our spectacular waterside deck, our food is enhanced by majestic views of Penn Cove from all angles.
