Sego Restaurant and Bar is the Valley's newest gastronomic hot spot, offering big-city sophistication with a Ketchum edge. The restaurant's striking rusted steel and stone facade punctuates expansive glass panes, creating an eye-catching silhouette.
The views from the interior and the roof deck spread towards the mountains and across the street to the restaurant-run sculpture and organic vegetable garden--an "edible schoolyard" for area students.
Intimate on cold winter nights, spacious on warm summer days, Sego creates memories. Leather-covered banquettes rim the bar area, providing a place for conversation, cocktails and a lounge menu featuring small plates. The adjoining dining area is understated, with clean lines, inviting lighting and an attentive staff. Artwork is curated on a seasonal basis by Gail Severn Gallery.
Taking his cue from local farmers, as well as the seasons, Chef Taite Pearson creates a story behind each dish.
