Succulent and juicy steaks cooked to perfection are the specialty, including a 28-day dry aged Prime Porterhouse Steak. Also featured are fresh and innovative seafood and pasta dishes, including Charred Pacific Swordfish Linguini or Pan Flashed Achiote Baramundi with Mango Melon Salsa. On the appetizer menu are classic Mussels Meuniere, and what has been acclaimed the “best Jumbo Lump Crab Cake this side of the Chesapeake.” A delicious pretzel bread is an ideal accompaniment to the meal.
STAKES presents an ever-changing variety of wine selections from California’s Wine Country and the Pacific Northwest, along with a few specially selected Italian and French wines. Cutting-edge Martinis, along with a full bar, are also offered.
