Welcome to Rock Creek, a mindful dining experience. What is mindful dining? It is a complementary mix of nutritionally balanced foods that are as kind to your palate as they are to your body or specifically a good sense approach to eating without sacrificing enjoyment. We offer 500 calorie entrees--a sensible blending of good carbs (low glycemic), good fats (premium olive oil and grapeseed oil) and lean proteins. However, regardless of the health promoting or nutritional benefit of any food item, if it doesn't taste fabulous, it doesn't appear on our menu. We are not a health food restaurant. We strive to feature "Classic New American" fare--The only addition is that it must pass set nutritional standards, hence, "Conscious Cuisine".
