Gordon Biersch is an established microbrewery and restaurant that brews lager beer in the traditional German style. Our brewery uses the state of the art equipment that was fabricrated in Germany exclusively for Gordon Biersch. Fermenting tanks are visible from both the bar and dining room. We also offer a full bar. Our menu specializes in Pacific-American: contemporary dishes drawing from local and regional products.
