Dante is Omaha’s first certified Neopolitan Pizzeria. Dante's pizzas are prepared in the same way they were a century ago in Italy. The dough is stretched by hand and the pizzas are baked in an 800-degree Mugnaini wood-fired oven. The black blisters on the crust are a signature of Neapolitan pizza. Chef-owner Nick Strawhecker is committed to using produce from the area's many talented farmers. Local ingredients will be heavily featured throughout the spring and summer.
