DESTIHL has become Bloomington-Normal’s newest destination restaurant. We’re a favorite neighborhood place and a culinary destination. Our mission is to fill our gastrobrewery with fun and energy while providing a ‘down to earth’, high level of service. We embrace the same ‘down to earth’ approach to cooking and brewing. The menu focuses on high quality food that pairs well with our beers and exceeds our guests' expectations of typical 'brewery fare'. Our culinary team creatively combines and reinvents flavors from America's melting pot with both traditional techniques and contemporary, ethnic twists on classic American favorites, utilizing from-scratch cooking and often incorporating influences from Latin American, Mediterranean and Asian Cuisines.
