Serving up "American Comfort Cuisine with Southwestern Flair" in a casual, yet refined setting, Cayton’s is open Tuesday - Saturday for lunch and sunset cocktails and Sunday for brunch and sunset cocktails.
Cayton’s is named after one of Dove Mountain’s most colorful and legendary residents, Eugene "Cush" Cayton, the original homesteader of the area that is now Dove Mountain.
