After much anticipation, Carmine's Livingston opened it's doors in June 2009. The building underwent a major transformation. The main level boasts a beautiful dining room with a three story vaulted ceiling, as well as a large bar and lounge area.
Our Executive Chef Michael Acquaviva, classically trained, delivers the finest seasonal dishes using the freshest local ingredients. His "New American" cuisine still echoes his strong Italian influence.
