As a restaurant in partnership with Hudson Valley farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barn's is both a rural escape and a place to connect the farm with the table. The restaurant is elegant. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. For the comfort of all our guests, flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
